Please be aware after 30 days you are no longer legally entitled to a full refund. You must also be aware that items marked ‘used’ in the Marketplace may also be exempt from refunds.
|If you are unhappy with the product received you are entitled to a full refund within the first 30 days however, if the product is customised this may not be valid.|
Tiltrak Marketplace & Shop refunds within the 30 day period.
Below we have documented your legal rights in relation with cancelling a placed order or seeking a full refund within the 30 day period after purchase within the Tiltrak Marketplace / Shop.
- Satisfactory quality – On receipt of all goods it’s your legal entitlement that they should not be faulty or damaged when received. When seeking a refund you should determine what a reasonable person would consider the satisfactory condition for the goods being received. For example, bargain bucket or ex-demonstration products including re-conditioned items cannot be compared with high-quality standards usually associated with luxury goods.
- Fit for purpose – All goods must be fit for the purposes they are supplied and any associated usage noted in the description. This also applies to any specific purpose you made known to the retailer and specifically checked before you agreed to purchase the goods.
- As described – The goods provided must match any description provided to you, or any models, samples presented and shown by the seller before agreeing and proceeding with a purchase.
If you are unable for any reason to cancel an order or return the item for a full refund after contacting the seller. Please contact the Tiltrak customer service team who can investigate this matter on your behalf in relation with the consumer protection rights legislation documented above. However, please be aware in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that replaces the previous distance selling regulations, items that have been customised or manufactured to your specification may be exempt. We also strongly recommend reviewing the seller’s return policy that will be present on their own individual product listing pages displayed via the Tiltrak website.
